This Privacy Policy describes how and when allsey (Etsy Seller) collects, uses, and shares information when you purchase an item, contact, or otherwise use allsey’s (Etsy Seller) services through Etsy.com or its related sites and services.

1. Information collected
To fulfill your order, you must provide allsey (Etsy Seller) with certain information (which you authorized Etsy to provide), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide additional personal information (for a custom order of jewelry, for example), if you contact allsey (Etsy Seller) directly.
2. Why Your Information is Needed and How it is Used
Etsy Sellers rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:
as needed to provide services, such as when your information is used to fulfill your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support; when you have provided your affirmative consent, which you may revoke at any time, such as by signing up for a mailing list;

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure
Information about customers is important to our business. Your personal information is shared for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
Etsy. Your information is shared with Etsy as necessary to provide you services and comply with obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
Service providers. As an Etsy Seller, we engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to our shop, such as delivery companies. We share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
Business transfers. If the business is sold or merged, your information may be disclosed as part of that transaction, only to the extent permitted by law.

Object. You can object to (i) the processing of some of your information based on legitimate interests and (ii) further receiving marketing messages after providing your express consent to receive them. In such cases, your personal information will be deleted unless there are compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information and/or if it is needed for legal reasons.
